I am rejecting this response because: Easy's Repair uses search engine optimization keywords "free
estimates" embedded in its websiteIt is not visible to the public, but those keywords are embedded in order for the company to appear near the top of the search engine ranking resultsThis is clearly advertisingI have my own business with a website, so I know how this worksI understand that "free estimates" does not appear to the public on its website, but it is clearly used in the back end of the website.Furthermore, when I called and requested a service call, the representative who took my call never stated to me that there would be a $service callThat shows a lack of transparency in doing businessIt should have been clearly stated up front

thefill valveWhen she called back and insisted she was not happy with the repair and wanted us to remove the parts installed and give her money back we scheduled a different service technician out to do as she askedWe also refunded herthe full amount at that timeWe installed the original parts .We regret the miscompunacation between our company and Mrs ***.We understand that sometimes this happens when multiple people are involvedWe sincerely hope this resolves the issue

We have never advertised a free service call since We always charge a minimum service charge This does not appear on our website
