Repairs were completed om Thursday 08/31/17
Mike G[redacted] was true to his word about his repairman coming to our home on Saturday 09/10/2016 between 8 AM and 12 Noon--his repairman showed up at 11:40 AM and departed at 12:33 PM--fixed tub to our satisfaction--complaint now dropped per [redacted]
We have scheduled the service to be completed for Mr. [redacted] on Saturday 09/10/2016.Will update you when completed to his satisfaction.
I have attached the emails between myself and EasyBath. They did come out and finish caulking. However, the issues with my tub have not been repaired. Mike called me on Tuesday to discuss it. We agreed if the issue still exists in two weeks, I would contact...
him to discuss installing a new tub.
For now, I accept the business response for complaint #[redacted]. However, if I have issues with getting my tub repaired. I will be contacting you again.
