Mike G [redacted] was true to his word about his repairman coming to our home on Saturday 09/10/between AM and Noon--his repairman showed up at 11:AM and departed at 12:PM--fixed tub to our satisfaction--complaint now dropped per [redacted]
I have attached the emails between myself and EasyBathThey did come out and finish caulkingHowever, the issues with my tub have not been repairedMike called me on Tuesday to discuss itWe agreed if the issue still exists in two weeks, I would contact him to discuss installing a new tub For now, I accept the business response for complaint # [redacted] However, if I have issues with getting my tub repairedI will be contacting you again
