The customer service for the software is atrocious. I'm trying to reinstall my EasyCut Studio after a hard drive crash. The software will not install. I am trying to install my software onto a single PC. The only response I can get for my request for help reads as follows:
Too many copies have been activated with this serial.
Note: A single license can only be activated on one computer.
I've helped you reset the software 2 times before.
As things stand, I have no working copy of the software. $60 dollars right into the trash.
This company does not support its products after the sale. I can't install my legally licensed software and the support technician, Eric Johnson, won't help me. You should know before you spend your money with these folks, that they have the ethics of the average prostitute and that their tech support department and their sales department seem to be the same thing. I strongly recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
Easycut studio is a scam coution a scam. I recently purchase the license and everything quit working. Went through multiaple emails with the problem then they sent the last one in chinese. When I click on it and went to send another email all emails disapperd and they will not email me no more.
This is a great cutting solution for those who use free software like Inkscape to make vinyl decals as they can be imported directly into Easy Cut Studio without many problems. I also supports the two cutters that have, a Roland GS-24 and a KNK Element, the Roland is pre-installed and the KNK can be downloaded and installed through ECS. The only thing that makes me cautious about purchasing this software is that the support email address doesn't work and just bounces email back. Messaging the developer on fb only gets an automated reply with the email address that doesn't work. I can therefore only give Easy Cut Studio a rating of three stars because of the lack of support.

I purchases a vinyl cutter from this company, I encountered a problem with it 10 months later when I attempted to try the full potential of the machine.. I contacted the company via email - to my surprise my communication was directly with the owner.. Their #1 concern was to rectify the issue, the staff is very friendly and efficient. while I was wondering what the next step - another surprise was the replacement machine was already en-route, while I currently have the machine I originally purchased so I would not miss a beat on my vinyl cutting projects..
In the future, cost will never be an issue with this company, as you can not put a price on the level of customer service CutterPros provides their clients.
What else is there to day about [redacted]. I acquired a Creation CR1300 and not only did [redacted] take the time to help me set up the cutter. He also helped me trouble shoot software and gave me everything necessary to set up my CR1300. He even helped me trouble shoot my Copam cutter.
I could not have asked for better customer service then what I received from [redacted].
[redacted] was very helpful when I ran into troubles after I had to have my computer restored to factory settings. He gave me other suggestions I didn't think of to help get my plotter back up and running.

I'm surprised Cutter Pros didn't tell me not to call them again, as I know I was a pain. They didn't, every time I called they got me up and running and instructed me on so many things. It is such a pleasure to call them and say help and that is what they do. Sooo many times I've called and said I can't get it to work and they check out everything out, change settings and I'm going. Everyone is very pleasant. It is a pleasure dealing with Cutter Pros, when I need a new plotter, this is where it will be purchased
First off our order took 3 weeks to arrive, when all their competitors get orders to use in 3 to 5 business days for the exact same products (even the ones that have to be ordered directly from the factory) and the exact same shipping option. We had to request multiple times for info on our order and didn't get a response until the 5 or 6th email over the course of 4 days. They partially shipped it and said the rest would be shipped in a couple days. The remaining three rolls of our order were not shipped for a week and took most of another week to arrive. When it got here only 2 of the 3 items were correct. and despite having even provided a photo and swatch samples to prove it was the wrong items, they argued with us that we had the right items.
None of the rolls of vinyl we received from them were cored, which caused endless complications in use on our cutter (and would on any cutter). We ended up having to buy empty rolls from another company and hand rolling each 10yd roll ourselves. No other company sends these without them being on a core. All the cutter machines are designed for the rolls to be cored.
They did eventually refund our shipping due to the delay, but it is up in the air whether we will be able to return or exchange the incorrect rolls. We lost a couple of large rush orders because of this company's incompetence and all through trying to get this order sorted they were rude and unapologetic.
Overall the customer service from this company is complete garbage, they don't care at all how they affect your business's deadlines, they're shipping is much more than their competitors, and they are completely unreliable. Shop elsewhere.

I had a crash on my windows 7 computer and bought a new computer that is windows 8, when I went to install my cutter-plotter it would not recognize it. Alas I thought I would have to buy another cutter? I called Cutterpros where I originally bought it about 3 years ago and talked to [redacted] and [redacted], [redacted] set up a remote and tried to connect my cutter to no avail, it seemed that wdws 8 would not recognize my device. [redacted] wanted to check it out and got back to me the next day with the results. It was the mother board needed to be upgraded to work with the 8 program. [redacted] sent me an upgraded mother board and a new USB connection along with directions to change them out, I did so and contacted Cutter Pros and again [redacted] went on remote and set up the new mother board and cutter for my programs. Wow! what an experience I have never gotten a problem solved so quickly and with an attitude so positive, and willing to take the time to help me with my problem. I commend Cutter Pros for having a staff that actually cares about their customers, it is so refreshing to find a company that will stand by their products and services, I would recommend Cutter Pros to anyone that is in need of quality products and services with the knowledge to back up their services.

I bought a SAGA cutter with the Dragon program. It was shipped to me in 4 day's. I set it up and was cutting in an hour. Still working on figuring out the program but I can do what I need to do. The techs are top notch (Brian & Jennifer kill it!) and with the live chat can walk you through anything in a timely manner. My only wish would be a cutter and program guide which was not included. Other then that, I give them 5 stars on quality and helpfulness. If you are looking for a cutter these guy's wont let you down!
