Terrible they claim to give you answer within minutes***They *** me around for three days asking for more and more proof of incomeThis was with a customer with a high credit rating ,a home ownerFinally an hour before I needed the money I told them to shove itAnd went to a payday lender and was done in ten minutes
BTW paying you with a reloadable credit card (you pay$20) dollars per transaction with high monthly maintenance feesTotal ripoff.terrible customer serviceBTW 49% annual interest rate

I recently received at Voicemail from Patricia at a Branch in Hamilton Ontario
She indicated that because the pension cheques were coming early this month, the 22nd of December, they were going to take my payment on the 22nd rather then the 31st which is what the loan agreement is signed for The message was not an option is was for information only and they WERE taking my payment on the 22nd I called the branch this morning and spoke to Patricia who is now back tracking saying she and her staff had received the information from HeadOffice and was offering the option to people as a convenience She also said that they would not be making any adjustments to accounts if payments were returned NSF I think people need to be aware that they are trying to bully clients into paying early and I am sure there are a lot of people that will not have a Christmas if these payments are taken days early
I have saved the original message from Patricia if anyone would like to hear it for verification

Easy financial is the absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with. The customer service reps are incredibly rude and they, for some reason, take offence when you say you want to pay the loan off. They give you a payoff quote and then 4 days later when you go to pay it off, somehow add an extra $80 to the balance. [redacted] After all of the additional charges, you end up paying something like 58% interest!

[redacted] When I first signed up it was a last minute decision to help my family. looked into the loan spoke to the manager and rep together specifically asked for no protection on the loan. they were taking long to get it done and I had work so the agent said run in on your break sign everything and your good to go. went in signed quickly ran back to work everything was good untill 9 months later I called to find my balance which haddent gone down apparently the rep did indeed sign me up for protection which used basically all of my payments. contacted location and call center which I was told I signed the forms and the rep no longer works there so theres nothing they can do.**. then I asked if theres anyway I can keep track of my balalnce on line the agent in the store told me no I have to come into the store. more **. more recently after figuring it all out I had reloaned thinking I know the ins and outs of how to deal with this company only for them to take an extra payment which I was told would be refunded to me in 10 busnies days. its not going on 4 weeks ive spoken to the location who told me the payment had been applied to my loan already. [redacted]. the agents on the phone told me it hadnt I should recieve a refund. After 10 business days because thats how long it takes them to ensure the funds have cleared the bank. ** I work with banks and it take 2 - 3 business days for a payment to clear once the funds have left your account. the next rep I spoke to says it will be applied to the new loan. and ive been told 100 different things since. spoke to a manage who assured me I would have funds refunded to me. Called back the following day for followup. the managers name it nowhere noting he spoke to me. asked them for update on the status of request they put in for me. the supervisor told me he doesnt know. hes not sure I should go to the store when I was specifically told by his manager I wouldnt have to. im just tired of the run around its Christmas and I need my money. Theres no way you could miss a payment with this company for 4 weeks without then harrassing you so why is it ok on the flip side.

best place to get a loan I'm sure of it very good service and they do care about their customers not like all other places at all thanks.
