The couches that I bought are [redacted], there are boards that stick out and there is very little padding, my kids have hurt them selves lots [redacted] These couches are very dangerous, there is very little padding and there are boards that you feel in your back and your [redacted] and even places were my kids have had there feet stuck in between boards. I phoned them and told them about it and they said we must have broke them, they did say that they would take the last payment off but that is not good enough we people spend over $4000.00 on a couch they expect it to last a long time and to be safe. I still have 19 more payments of $120.00 and witch is still over $2000.00 for these couches and I think that's crazy. [redacted] They take direct payments out of my account. Only recieved in the set into the store 4 days prior to signing the lease agreement with [redacted]. Now, the set we sold her is from [redacted]Unfortunately, we can not refund her the payment.
