To whom it may concern, In regards to complaint [redacted] , after speaking with the customer, it became evident that she was very unclear as to the contract that she signedAfter meeting with her and explaining the terms to which she had agreed, she accepted that she had been mistaken and that her debt was justifiedTo assure her satisfaction, she was offered an outstanding deal and paid her account in full, resolving any and all discrepancies [redacted] Easyhome [redacted]

Easyhome was a great company until they were bought out by ***So it is now the *** business that used to be in Pearl city shopping mallAddress was Kamehameha hwy #Pearl City HI They just recently took this store overI was a customer of Easyhome and if I would have known *** would turn the company upside down I would have returned everything I was renting to own from themActually I did after so many problemsI call and need something the person I need isn't there or is on break and will call me backI never get a callThis happen numerous timesI ended up having to go into the store to resolve my problemAnother time same thingThis last time I had to go into the store was because they charged me on the 4th for $and on the 5th for $I called in to pay themThey took my paymentOnce I checked my bank account I realized itSo I called them and asked how they charged my card without my agreementThey don't know what happenSO then I said okay well if I actually paid on the 4th then why did you guys take my payment on the 5th? They had no ideaMaybe it was a early paymentNo my next payment was only to be $So in that case I would have paid for payments or soSo I asked for a refundand the manager for the refund was not thereI had to wait till the following Monday for her to come inI was very upset and asked them to call the manager to see if she would authorize anyone else to do the refund because I needed my moneySo they were suppose to call me backNo they didn't call me backThat following Monday I called themThe manager said she would call me backI went up there on Wednesday for my return because once again of course they have no phone customer serviceI had to wait on the manager for about mins while my husband and kids sat in the carShe finally came out and looked into my account which meant she was either never informed about the situation or never cared to lookThis company which is now *** is horribleI will never rent from themI have returned most of my items from easyhome because of *** and I only have one thing leftSoon as I can I am giving it back tooThe employees from easyhome are even unhappy with the way *** runs their businessThey are a horrible company and I will never recommend them to anyone
