fit these into a Large USPS Priority box, the cost for packing and shipping is $30.14. When we received the toys, they would not fit into a USPS Large Priority box because there were too many, so the final price was higher. I sent [redacted] a PayPal and explained this in the notes. We would have needed 2 Priority boxes to accommodate them. I offered a 10% discount and I offered for him to send us shipping labels and pay us for packing only. He was unwilling to compromise and just demanded we send them for $30.14, which we could not do. The items were returned to the auction house so he could find another shipper, which he was informed of.

We have never advertised a free service call since 1958.  We always charge a minimum service charge.  This does not appear on our website.

When she called back and insisted she was not happy with the repair and wanted us to remove the parts installed and give her money back we scheduled a different service technician out to do as she asked. We also refunded herthe full amount at that time. I am rejecting this response because: Easy's Repair uses search engine optimization keywords "free...

estimates" embedded in its website. It is not visible to the public, but those keywords are embedded in order for the company to appear near the top of the search engine ranking results. This is clearly false advertising. I have my own business with a website, so I know how this works. I understand that "free estimates" does not appear to the public on its website, but it is clearly used in the back end of the website.Furthermore, when I called and requested a service call, the representative who took my call never stated to me that there would be a $79 service call. That shows a lack of transparency in doing business. It should have been clearly stated up front.
