Same as above complaint. I have $*** left in a gift card and they suddenly closed all locations close to me. I am sure the CEO will say it is not a corporate issues. I have tried to contact the location issue but he has sold all of his locations. The new owner of his locations said there is nothing he can do and told me to email corporate. I have emailed them 5 times with no response. However, they will respond to other emails for other issues, not knowing it was me. I want a response. I want my money back since I can no longer use the service.

Horrible customer service!!! I purchased a large family account gift card and began using the service for myself and my family. The food was okay and I liked the ease of use. However, without notice, they closed the location in my city. I have nearly $500 left on my gift card. I have attempt MANY times to contact someone about this issue. I have sent five emails, that is the only contact I can find, and they will not respond to me. The number listed is a store location and they always say a manager will call me back but never does. One store manager was so kind at first and said he was going to help me out but now he has gone silent. Even a call back to tell me they can't do anything about my gift card would have been appreciated. I am sure this horrible leadership and horrible customer service trickles down to the store locations. STAY AWAY!!! They are clearly on shaky ground and will likely close any location near you.

I purchased a $*** gift card because of a special permeation they were offering and without notice they closed all of their *** locations. and I still have $*** remaining on one card and $*** on another they won't return any calls or emails. I did speak to a woman 0n *** that said they weren't sure what they were going to do. I requested a refund she said they would call back and never did.
