I am rejecting this response because:
I did not see another dentist. I saw a dental assistant on April 12th. I was told Dr. [redacted] said no charge leave my dentures and they'd be completed at 2 pm. I confirmed with the receptionist as well and was told no charge. At this point the business' response to this complaint is a falsehood and I would like the bill adjusted to zero.

Mr. [redacted] came in for an appointment on 4-17-17 for an adjustment.  He was told he needed a reline on his max denture which is adding acrylic to the denture to tighten it.  Dr. Piper who is an associate of Dr. [redacted] saw Mr. [redacted] and told him he need to see Dr. [redacted] and let him...

decide if there would be a charge for the procedure.  Mr. [redacted] came in on 4-12-17 for the reline on his denture.  Dr. [redacted] assistant showed him the denture and said there would be a charge. Mr. [redacted] was told of the fee and gave them permission to take the impression to reline.  He did leave his denture at the office for approximately 6 hours before he returned to pick the denture up.We are a busy office and there are times the receptionist is away from her desk and not able to see all patients leave.  In that situation we send a statement to the patient.  Thank you.

I paid the bill back in November 2016.  I have filed a dispute with my credit card company but it is still pending.  The company refuses to speak to myself and the credit card company and that the issue is with the Revdex.com and that's that.
