The company delivered rotten food to me charging me $256.00 even though I have told them I am not interested in their deliveries. All their food stinks or is stale. It is not edible
Hi ***We would like you to know that we really value you as a customer and our doors are always open for any feedback. We apologize for any confusion regarding your pause/cancellation. Our system is automated and, unless requested, all plans renew automatically each week. Weekly reminders about orders, menus and deliveries are automated as well, but our team is always available to assist you in any way possible. Our team is instructed to always send emails to follow up a phone conversation as a way for us to always have a record of requests so there is no confusion. Since we couldn't find any record of emails/calls requesting the cancellation, your was renewed automatically. Nevertheless, both charges on your card have been refunded, the credit should be available for you in 2-5 business days depending on your credit card issuing bank.
