Eating for Abs

Review: I signed up for the Eating for Abs course in the beginning of April 2013. My intentions for signing up for the course were to learn better eating habits. the $97 a month was a little expensive but I decided it would be worth it for my health. I was immediately disappointed with the info the course gave when it started April 18, 2013. I asked the owner Coach ** to cancel my membership and refund my money. He in turns kept emailing me and calling me trying to convince me to change my mind. I decided to stay with the course. A few weeks later I decided to cancel my membership because it wadnt benefiting me and I am leaving for bootcamp in a couple months. I then requested a cancellation, and he did it this time. But he did not refund my money. When I emailed him about it citing the 30 day money back guarantee on the web page, he proceeded to tell me that was only for dissatisfaction with the course and not personal reasons and refused to refund my close to $200 paid for the course (registration fee and monthly fee). I am very disappointed because the does it say you have to have a specific reason to cancel. It says 30 day money back guarantee.Desired Settlement: I would like the money I paid for the course to be refunded to me. And for the site to list the conditions for which their money guaranteed entails.
