I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
First I would like to thank ERC for the apology and acknowledgement that there were some valid issues and
concerns. While they have corrected the issues at large, it is my hope that ERC will work on their communication skills so there is a good understanding on what charges are being paid as there is a big difference between deductible, out of pocket and co-insurance costs. My other area of concern is the way I was treated after the credit card was usedI was told I was a liar and told that the patient is a forger, which is not acceptable. Finally I hope that if anyone else files a complaint with the Revdex.com against ERC again they will comply with the Revdex.com request, “Please do not include any personally identifiable information”My first and last name was used times in the response which is unable to be undone.I am hoping to put this behind me and my hope that corrective measures will be put in place so this does not happen again.I accept ERC’s apology and we can close this complaint.
