The item in question (a sausage and cheese omelette) is not on our menu, and thus does not have an explicit price. items.  Again, because this is not a true menu item, there were inconsistencies in how various locations have attempted to create the special order for the guest. To promote consistency going forward, we are advising our management teams of best practices for creating this particular dish; however, for the most consistent and accurate pricing, we advise guests to order from the menu.  We are providing this guest a gift card in appreciation for sharing her feedback. Please contact me directly if any further information is needed.

Review: On Sunday 01/03/16 I visited the Edgewood eat n park location, with my son. I noticed I was over charged for my sausage omelet. I took the bill up to the manager on duty at the time, he again over charged me for my omelet by charging me for a meat lovers omelet. I explained to him this is not the usual price I pay and I was overcharged. he then said to me rudely I do not have a button on the cash register to put in your omelet, if you can find one for me then show me! I said okay I will pay but I am calling corporate. he said okay go ahead! I contacted corporate the next day on 01/04/16 and spoke with Elaine I explained to her the situation, and told her this is an ongoing issue I have only at that location. I said I usually do not say anything but this time I had enough of being overcharged. she then said she would look into this and a manager will contact me back. I asked how long will it take to follow up with me she assured me either herself or a manager would call me back not later than Wednesday. Wednesday came and gone and I did not hear from anyone. I specifically advised her I do not want to speak with a manager at Edgewood because I felt it would not get resolved I wanted someone over a manager there because it was a manager there who overcharged me & was rude. on Thursday I called Elaine back to advise her I had not heard from anyone. Elaine said sorry someone will call you back. a manager from Edgewood contacted me back by the name of Elliot I advised him I didn't want to speak to a manager from Edgewood. we continued with our conversation about what happened I explained to him all of the inconsistencies about pricing I was getting about a simple omelet, so with Elliot on the phone I contacted the squirrel hill location and asked the price of a sausage & cheese omelet I was told 8.01 with taxes, but Edgewood charged me 8.99 with taxes. but the original server charged me 6.99 plus 2.49 for sausage plus taxes. its not a whole bunch of money but this have to stop, and this is not the first time. with me speaking to all of these people the only thing I heard was I will have to look into this no type of resolution.Desired Settlement: some type of adjustment for being over charged and inconvenienced
