Today is 10/20/2015 and I still have not received anything except a phone call that said I should receive a paper title in 2-4 business days and I have not gotten that or anything else in the mail. But I bought a new truck and dealership will now take care of it since Eaton has failed to live up to the expectations of a legitimate business in my mind.Thank you,[redacted]

to release the lien with the title bureau, which is what we did in this case. We do not normally provide paper titles. We have now contacted [redacted] and have requested a new title be issues from our title processing system. This will come from the state of Ohio and may take a few weeks. to the car with no insurance in place at the time the car was damaged. The car was repossessed and an “option to cure” the loan letter was sent. The car was sold at public auction for a net loss. The deficiency balance was charged off. This matter is closed and has been turned over to our attorney [redacted] for collection. Any future correspondence can be sent directly to [redacted].
