To whom it may concern,When [redacted] brought this to my attention, I called Miss. [redacted] right away and she was kind enough to explain everything that occured. The service contract was cancelled but unfortantetly it was send back to the bank that processed the loan.We wanted the bank to refund...
the amount send but they would not. After talking with Miss [redacted] and I apologized for this happening. Miss [redacted] called me back on May 7, 2015 to let me know she would accepted the amount discussed the prior day of $1250.00 to be sent directly to her, Acura of Jackson then sent a check to Miss [redacted] for the $1,250.00 that day. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction and we have learned from this. We hope that Miss [redacted] enjoys her vehicle and that she will call us is she should need any assistance.Sincerely,[redacted]President & General ManagerAcura of Jackson
