Last October we needed a new furnaceWe went on line and found Eaton's Home CareThey installed a new furnace and we were very happy with their workLast week, we had a gas leak in another part of the houseWe called the emergency number for Fortus and they checked the situationWe called Eaton's Home Care again to come the fix the gas valveAgain we were very happy with the work they didThey were organized, neat, tidy and seemed to be very efficient Jane V

I was very disappointed that the offer of the service for gas furnace was targeted entirely at selling a new furnace Even more disappinting was the blatant deception and an attitude that the customer lacks basic commonsense to see through it
I had asked for "free in-home estmate" for the tune up of my furnace and adjusting of burnersWhen the two servicemen arrived, they took one look at the system and within a minute pointed to spots that these parts needed to be replaced with a cost of $each, plus another spot which would be $They added that actually the whole furnace needs to be replaced for about $ Then the final : "We won't even service this furnace because it needs to be replaced" They left as soon as they had arrived
I have no problem with the heating of my place and this was just a precautionary step on my part to ensure that the furnace was ok
To their credit htough, they did not charge me for the diSo I politely sent them awaySo much for servicing your furnace (:-((

Our old hot water tank finally tapped out on Friday nightWe called Eaton's, and they had a crew here first thing Saturday morningTwo very pleasant, hard working guys that got the job done in short orderThey carried out the old tank, cleaned up the areaPositive experience all around

They just installed a furnace in my house, and I'm very happy with their service and workmanship It was a hard installation because my house sits on a slope and it wasn't easy to route the exhaust pipe out, but they did it with no extra charge I definitely recommend them to my friend and family!
