Review: I called Eat Raw via phone on April **, 2013 regarding the ingredients in Eat Raw vegetable powder. Due to the fact that I am allergic to wheat I asked if the product had wheat. I was told by the person who answered the phone and took my order later placed me on hold so she could inquiry. She returned to the phone and assured me that not only is it wheat free, but it is gluten free. As a result of this information I ordered the product. It was shipped to me. When I received it and reviewed the list, I noticed wheat grass was at the top of the ingredient listed. Immediately I called and informed the same person who assured me that it was gluten and wheat, that wheat is listed. She apologized. She said she would send me a return label and I could return the item for a full refund. After two weeks and two additional call initiated by me no return label was sent or emailed to me. She informed me they have been so busy and did not have the time. She assured me that if I paid for the return label, I would be refunded the cost of the product and the cost of the return label. I returned the item for all refunds. The amount for the return label was not sent, but was promised it would me mailed. Since that date I have called again about the refund of the return label and I was told it would be refunded The amount I paid for the product and shipping was refunded but the return label I paid for was not refunded. I would have not purchased this product if I was told the truth when I inquired about the ingredients. I am requesting the amount of the return label which the rep. for the business stated would be email to me. Again due to problems at the location, it was not possible, but it would be emailed. I ordered this product via phone on April **, 2013. As of today I have not heard from anyone at EAT RAWDesired Settlement: Refund of the return label I purchased ( $10.99 ) Labeling on the website of ingredients or stating that this product has gluten. Celiac Disease and allergies can be the cause of people being hospitalized, needing medical attention outside of the hospital or dying. This practice needs to cease.
