When one does not have a subscription to the Eau Claire Leader Telegram paper, they are supposed to get a publication called The Ad Extra, which is a local advertising publication with ads for local businesses I did not renew my subscription to the paper effective August 25, and was told on August 24th that it would take - weeks to get on the list for the advertising publicationI spoke to different people at the Leader Telegram including *** ***, whom I was told was in charge of getting on the mailing for the Ad Extra so I would start receiving it in a timely manner I spoke with Mr*** a minimum of two times, the last time being September 17th and was assured each time he would take care of itTo date, today being October 13th, I have not received the Ad Extra
