Eau Claire Roofing

I had originally had my roof done by another roofing company (unfortunately). I wish that I had given EC Roofing my business because after I had my roof done, which I had a 50 yr guarantee on, I had a leak. When I called the roofing company that did my roof (BHR)the owner was so rude and told me he was going to charge $150.00 to come look at the problem. I called *** at EC Roofing and he was so nice and polite and apparently the owner of the other roofing company has a reputation for this kind of behavior so he knew what I was dealing with. He sent a couple guys over to the house the next day and fixed the problem with in 10 minutes. He did this for free. I so much wish I would have gone with this company to begin with. They know what customer service truly means and even when I wasn't a customer and he wasn't going to make any money off of me, he still was so courteous and just an all around great guy and a great company! If you need to have your roof done or have any issues with your roof and want to go with a company that is not going to just see you as a dollar sign and does great work for a fair price, I highly recommend EC Roofing!
