Horrible service, I don't know where to beginI dropped off by boat to have warranty work on the engine I asked them up front to give me an estimate for before proceeding with repairs and maintenance They told me they would call me with an estimate days later I called to get a status because they never called and they said they still didnt have an answer from [redacted] It needed a trim switch relay, and I did the diagnoses myselfThey said all my parts for the maintenance are sitting on the bench waiting for the tech to install, so I asked them if they were planning on giving me an estimate first, he said between and dollars for the maintenance I said very specifically that I do not want the maintenance performed until it is verified that the trim switch relay is in fact covered under warranty He said ok and would call me back AGAIN, no call back so I called THEM Attempt number at getting answer and its been weeks now They told me the maintenance had been completedWHAT?!?!?!>!>@>!@ I told them to wait until we had an answer on the trim switch!!!! They said that it had to be done anyways and that if I didnt do it then I would void the warranty So the next question was if the trim switch relay had been fixed, they said no I asked them why and they said they are waiting on parts I gave them a bunch of [redacted] on the phone about doing the maintenance and he said that I never told him not to do the maintenance and he "doesnt remember having that conversation with me." YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME!!!! Maintenance done, boat not fixed 4th call- minutes ago from writing this review I asked if it was complete yet and he said no because he was waiting on my approval? AGAIN- YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME- This is a WARRANTY ITEM!!! He said he doesnt want to invest in buying the relay for the engine if I wasnt willing to pay for it AGAIN it is warranty!!!! I asked very politely to get this done as soon as possible He said next week sometime We will see This is by far the worst customer service I have EVER come acrossComplete incompetence

I asked them up front to give me an estimate for before proceeding with repairs and maintenance. They told me they would call me with an estimate. 10 days later I called to get a status because they never called and they said they still didnt have an answer from [redacted] It needed a trim switch relay, and I did the diagnoses myself. They said all my parts for the maintenance are sitting on the bench waiting for the tech to install, so I asked them if they were planning on giving me an estimate first, he said between 500 and 600 dollars for the maintenance. I said very specifically that I do not want the maintenance performed until it is verified that the trim switch relay is in fact covered under warranty. He said ok and would call me back. AGAIN, no call back so I called THEM. Attempt number 3 at getting answer and its been 3 weeks now. They told me the maintenance had been completed. WHAT?!?!?!>!>@>!@ I told them to wait until we had an answer on the trim switch!!!! They said that it had to be done anyways and that if I didnt do it then I would void the warranty. This is by far the worst customer service I have EVER come across. Complete incompetence.
