Review: I found a product online that I wanted to purchase. This product had to be purchased though this company eAutomix-Traders.com. I contacted this company and asked if the product was still available. They told me it was. The company claims that they will send you the product, after deposit has been made, to test/inspect for 10 days. Upon the 10 days you must either finalize payment or return the product. I followed their rules and put down the required deposit after which I received an email stating I had accomplished my side of the requirement and they would start the shipping process. After one day, I received another email stating I needed to put down additional monies. I contacted the company thinking this was a mistake and was informed their policies had changed and they wanted 50% of the cost of the product and I would need to put down more money. I asked when this policy had changed and they told me as of this morning.I explained that our transaction was completed 2 days prior and the product should have already been shipped. I requested they review my transaction and they should honor the agreement as it was completed before the rules had changed. They said they would look at it and get back with me. They did not get back with me and I have attempted to cancel my transaction and recover my deposit. If I do not get my deposit back I will file another complaint.I have all the emails and live chat conversations documents showing they are aware of the situation and the fact they cannot deliver what they state they will do.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want my full refund in a reasonable amount of time.

Review: eAutomix-traders switched the terms of delivery from 50% down and balance at delivery, to 100% down before shipment after they received my first 50% down. They claimed that management changed their policy in the middle of my transaction and required another $1682 immediately. They promise full refunds within 24 hours if the transaction is cancelled but after my cancellation management changed the refund policy to 10 days. I did not receive the item I purchased and I have not received any refund.Desired Settlement: Refund $1682 by MoneyGram immediately.
