Eavey Construction

I would like to report that [redacted] of Eavey Construction is not a man of his word. He began construction of my barn in June 2014. He got the building up and wanted payment. My insurance money was being held by my mortgage company so it was hard to get it released. He was nearly finished except for all of the trim the corners the door stoppers the fixtures for the big doors some steel over the doors door knobs etc. I paid him 9500 his labor out of my pocket. Being 67 yrs old I still have a lot of trust in people. Once he was paid he never showed back up. Without the barn being finished I couldn't collect my money from the mortgage company. He finally showed up after several phone calls and did the rest of the steel paneling and hung the doors. Then he left. I have not seen him since July 7 2014 and my barn is not finished and I cannot collect my money. He has said on several occasions he will be over but never shows up. I have had to hire an attorney at my expense to try to get him to finish or to hire someone. He has started at least seven more jobs since July 7th but will not come finish mine. Thank you. I would like this posted ease so other people are aware he is not an honorable businessman
