Review: Company does not respond to emails for days. Company ended up cashing my check but never sent product. I'm out 319$ and they state I'm owed a refund because they processed payment incorrectly. It was a total scam. Company is fake. Now they don't take my calls or won't even email me back regarding status of so called refund check. TOTAL SCAM. BUYERS BEWARE. FAKE COMPANY.Desired Settlement: Refund in full of 319$ priced I paid in full for product they never sent, or product as promised. 1 [redacted] system.

Review: On Feb. 16, 2015 I purchased an Ipad from Eazie Tech Intl. I mailed a cashiers check to them on Feb. 17, 2015 and sent an email to let them know. On Feb. 25 2015 the company contacted me to say they had not received the check yet. I ran a trace on the check on March 10 and found out the company had received and cashed the check on Feb. 21 2015. Reported this to the company who said they would check into it. After much run around, finally on March 17, 2015 they said they had sent a refund. I have yet to receive that refund and any attempts to contact them have failed. They don't respond to my emails and the phone number is a joke!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $314.99! Thats what I sent them and never received product or refund. I'm just out $319.99.

Review: Order my product on 2/10/15. Followed their directions on how to pay, they kept saying they did not receive my payment. I got a copy of my cancelled check and e-mail proof that they did get my money. Finally on 2/27/15 they acknowledged they got my payment and said my order would ship. On 3/4/15 I asked for tracking information so I could track my package. I got a response their warehouse had accidentally shipped 11 instead of the 1 that I ordered, so they stopped the shipment. They wanted to know what I would like done, not sure why they needed to ask me what to do. Seemed obvious, stop the shipment of 11, have it return to their warehouse but immediately re-ship the 1 I ordered. They suggested that I pay for 6 more of the product and they would just continue the shipment of 11. When I got them I would keep 1 and return the rest. When they received them back in good working condition they would refund my money. I told them I would not send any more money. It is now 4/3/15 and I have been trying to get information on what the status of my order is. It has been 2 months, lots of e-mails to this company trying to get the status of my order, and a whole lot of frustration and I still do not have my order. I have not heard anything from the company since 3/25, it's now 3/2. Very, very unhappy with this company and the whole process.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the [redacted] that I paid for shipped.
