Avoid eazyfare at all costs! They fraudulently charged my credit card, refused to even respond to complaints, refused to respond to the Revdex.com, and refused to respond to my state attorney general office. I am now in the process of taking legal action, yes I have hired an attorney.

Review: I was looking at Delta.com for flight a flight for 4( 2 adults and 2 children) and found our flight and I was ready to book. I begin looking for seats together so each child could sit with a parent and none were together. I thought if I called delta maybe they could move a seat that someone hadn't picked as a preference so my children could sit with one of us. I googled a phone number for Delta Airlines and clicked what I thought was the link for that phone number, it said delta. They answered and said "Hello, may I help you?" I went over the exact flight I was looking for because I wanted to ensure that my wife and I could sit with our 2 children on the flight, I told them that we had to have at least 2 sets of seats together, so our children wouldn't sit alone. They said no problem we will put you all together. I said great then he said the price and it was more than Delta.com. I told him that and he said that the site wasn't up to date pricing and it was wrong. So I said then I don't want it if you cannot honor that pricing. So he said I will take off $20 per ticket and I said no that is not enough, you should honor what is online and he said okay I will see what I can do and was talking in the background to someone and then told me okay I will take off $25 more per ticket. It still was higher than the online pricing. I told him I will just book it online and he said, no it will go through and you won't have a seat when you go to fly. I said are you sure our kids won't have to sit with a stranger and he said yes. I decided to do it because seating could be arranged by them. I gave info needed to complete the purchase. I received the email and it wasn't from Delta and I realized that it was another company and after hanging up I checked google again and realized it wasn't Delta. It was [redacted] During that time my wife was on the computer checking seats and pricing she went to [redacted] and Delta again to check seating and pricing they both were identical and no seats were together. I then called eazyfare back within 20 minutes and with back and forth calling and long hold times I finally spoke with a [redacted]. I explained the above situation and it was confirmed by the [redacted] that seats weren't together. I told him I wanted my money back and I was lied to so someone could make a sale. He said the tickets with the seats together must have sold to someone on another site. He said that he could cancel the tickets for $40 per ticket. I told him NO that I was lied to. He tried to get me to book a different time and day and I told him that didn't work for our vacation plans I just wanted a refund. He still gave me a run around and I said that I was turning the company into the Revdex.com and I was calling my credit card. He said okay I will give you back all but $100. I finally said fine but I am turning you in and Revdex.com will be contacting you. I was on the phone and hold for almost 2 hrs.Desired Settlement: I think they need to refund the $100.

Review: Timeline

Search from iPhone for [redacted] Airlines. I have a screen shot which I can provide, notice the number which I called is misleadingly listed as [redacted] Airlines.

1) Called ###-###-#### @ 10:25AM, call duration 25 min (spoke w/ [redacted]).

This is not [redacted] Airlines! Discovered after the fact this is eazyfare.com by searching the phone number. Booked round trip flight to [redacted], business related. Received confirmation by email.

2) Received call from ###-###-#### @ 12:12PM, call duration 59 seconds, (spoke w/ [redacted])stating that credit card was declined and I would have to call back @ x[redacted] to authorize transaction.

3) Called [redacted] (###-###-####) @ 12:39PM regarding status of account. Make online payment and was informed that payments are not posted until 3PM.

4) Called ###-###-#### @ 1:06PM, call duration 2 min. Spoke with [redacted] @ x [redacted] and cancelled the reservation.

a. At this time I was attempting to secure flight reservations through my employer and was awaiting a return call. At this time [redacted] was more interested in obtaining credit card information from my employer, a card which I did not have nor was authorized to use, information which I shared with [redacted].

5) Received call from ###-###-#### @ 1:49PM, call duration 1 min. [redacted] called and informed me that credit card charges on my [redacted] credit card were processed (40 min after I cancelled). I told [redacted] that the transaction was denied, and then cancelled by myself and that I would be contacting [redacted].

6) Called [redacted] (###-###-####) @ 1:51PM, call duration 12 min, and disputed all charges related to [redacted] Airlines.

I have phone records to back up this complaint.

I have a copy of an email sent by [redacted] from Eazyfare.Desired Settlement: Complete refund.
