On May 2, *** *** did sign paperwork for a BMWWe in turn have to send the paperwork to the bank for verificationUpon their investigation they found out that Mr*** check stub was fraudulentWe called Mr*** on 05/and advised him about the problem and that the bank would return the deal if we didn't send them a real stub and w2's for this yearOf course he said none of this was true and he would and he would get his job to straighten it out and send us what we neededWe never received the w2's but the check stub was the same one that we already hadThe contract was returned on 05/13/from *** Bank and we in turned called the customer for the vehicleMr*** advised us that he would be in with the carHe didn't come in that dayWe called again on 05/14/and he informed us that he was over the road and it would be 05/15/before he could get inon 05/15/,still no customer or carWe feel as we had made several attempts to save the deal and keep the customer in the car but we as a dealership can not have a vehicle with a customer for a period without a contractWe continued to try to make contact before we sent a rep out for the car.
