Purchased a used motor vehicle on 2/19/that did not have any license plates on it After receiving the Registration, tags, and pink slip noting me as owner all from DMV but no license plates, I contacted [redacted] the owner both by phone call and text [redacted] noted that this was a big issue and he would take care of the issue by going to DMV on Monday On Monday, [redacted] noted that I could pick the license plates up or he could mail them I asked him to mail them due mileage between usOn Wednesday when I had not received them, [redacted] was notified via text and mentioned that the mail takes 3-days I let him know that if I did not receive them by Saturday I would let him know I have called him and sent text with no response I believe [redacted] is not being truthful and I cannot drive the vehicle with no plates

Made the deal with the dealership for a certain price and came to an agreement that everything was included for that priceWhen the dealership sent me the registration they did not renew the registration tagsThe following is what they sent me via text message when I asked about it
"It's months out so it's dmv who doesn't require us to pay for next yearAs long as tags are good when you buy it and months till they expire"
I bought the car early February and the tags are due in may of They did not say that to me when I was making the deal in personI made the deal to include everything, this was not the case
