On July 8, 2017 [redacted] called my business @12:06pm. She was yelling and threatening me over the phone about the gift card ([redacted]) she received July 29,2016. Before trying to come to a resolution and what I can do for her, she threatened to call the Attorney General. I tried to explain...
to her that the card clearly printed "Date Expires: 3 months " but she kept threatening me with the law. Telling me she will be in to get her nails done and that I WILL honor the gift card. I would've gladly let her use it just for pure good business sense. But, how can I do anything nice for someone when all the do is yell and threaten me. She later came into my salon with the exact same attitude. Pointing her fingers on the card and saying I better change it. She also said "You run a reputable business and I would hate for something to happen to it or you." As she was leaving, she also threatened one of my client. Telling the client she will be back with the police for her. All this over $16. I will gladly refund her $16. All I ask is she never patrons my business. Please have her bring back the gift card ([redacted]) and I will give her the $16 she so needed.
