EB Navajo Pottery

Purchased a lamp at Oak Creek, Az. Craft Show-paid with credit card- 3rd week in April, 2015--told lamp would be mailed the next week. Lamp arrived early June. Called and ordered second lamp --sent check and picture of first lamp to match colors. After lamp didn't arrive by end of July, I called NO response to phone calls or emails until after about 3 weeks a person answered the number listed on the website. Female stated the she didn't know the owners of EBNavajo Pottery. Ask why if this was her number why listed on website and why after receiving a number of messages why she haven't responded. NO ANSWER.. FINALLY, RECEIVED LAMP THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER. Only one problem -- NO GLAZE ON LAMP. NO apology!
