EB Paving & Sealcoating

Review: I contracted the company in the spring to pave my driveway. The job seemed satisfactory. The company explained their guarantee to me .On June 13 I contacted them because a portion if the driveway had collapsed leaving a large hole that I feel was dangerous. They returned and informed me that there was an old well under the driveway and that they would repair it but needed an additional 1300$. I inquired about their guarantee but they said it was not covered. As I was concerned for the safety of the situation I had them do it.On8/16 I contacted them again as hole was sinking again,they placed some tar on spot and left. On 9/20 I contacted them again as the hole is again sinking.Their reply was that they would need an additional 509$ to try the repair again and that this would continue to happen as the well was under there.. They also implied that I knew about the well prior to asking for a quote. Every repair required more money, nothing seemed to be covered by the quarantee. I do not want them to do the work as I feel they do not know how to fix this problem, I would like some of the additional 1300$ reimbursed to me as I now have to have the work done again.Desired Settlement: They should refund my money as the job they promised to do was not done.
