Review: Had my 1971 [redacted] towed to this business to perform some repairs, Vehicle was running very rich and and was told this establishment was good with performance cars, after several weeks of having the vehicle, never calling me, I had to call them, I was then told that the vehicle was repaired, exact words "its golden" and then was told the bill...$1300.00. I was never told of ANY estimate ever, yet IF the car was fixed, I guess that's the cost, I had the Vette towed back to my house (just because the shop is not convenient to get to) I got in the Vette to drive and I had a very hard time getting it started. Tried to drive it and it would barely go, hesitation very badly and stalling, I immediately had the car towed back, They said they'd look at it yet couldn't imagine what happened. They AGAIN had the car for a couple of weeks and AGAIN I had to call them several times for updates, I was then told that they found dirt in the carburetor...after the first time they supposedly flushed the fuel system, rebuilt the carb and adjusted everything ($1300.00 bill). Now the car is supposedly ready again, so had towed home, got in car that night and the car still hesitates, not near as bad yet still hesitating, and now the clutch is slipping. So of coarse not happy, called them several times before I got a hold of them and was told that they would come and get the car and recheck for the 3RD time..!! I was going out of town and was going into the summer so, (this is a collector car and very seldom drive) I told them I would call when I was ready to let them look at it again, So, I called them a few weeks ago and after several times calling, leaving messages and emails sent, NO RESPONCE!! I finally called from a friends cell phone and surprisingly they answered, sure looked like the were screening my calls. I was told that he would call me back with the day they would pick up the car, after a week not hearing from them, I called again from another cell number and they again picked up and I was given some crazy reponce that they didn't have the right number, after all the emails and messages that I had always left my number. I again was told that I receive a phone call when they would pick up the car and to this day, I have not heard from anyone, so its time to file a compliant. The constant lack of customer service, not return calls and terrible service to start with, needless to say im upset.. I had sent emails requesting a refund, no response, heck it took me forever just to get a invoice of the work that was done first for $1300.00. To top all this off, this has been going on for a year, Please help...Desired Settlement: I understand that there is an initial diagnostic fee, I am requesting a $1000.00 refund
