**UNREASONABLE PRICING**I was charged $for removing a toilet and unclogging the toilet drainWork that I found out the next day should of cost at most $ I called AAA City plumbing based on good reviews I had an emergency plumbing issue with my rental property on New Years day Over the phone I was quoted at $for a plumber to come out and assess the issue Upon arriving and assessing the issue I was then quoted at $to remove a toilet and unclog the drain using an electric rooter Unfortunately, because of the $assessment fee I thought I would lose if I didn't take care of the issue right then and there, and because this was my rental property which required more immediate attention I hesitantly agreed to what seemed to an unreasonably high price for the amount of work to be done The technician was at my rental for approximately minutes at most Thinking I had been charged to much, I decided to call a few other plumbing companies in the area to check comparisons on the work done and get a price range for this type of work I was quoted between $200-$by three different companies The most expensive estimate was based on what the plumber told me was worst case scenario I called AAA City Plumbing to discuss what appeared to be either a mistake in pricing or gauging due to the holiday They advised me that this was their price and failed to provide me with an itemized bill of the work that was done
I had a pinhole leak in a pipe that occurred on the weekend I called this company and was told $service call charge and that would be waived if they ended up fixing the problem They did come hours later, checked the problem, and informed us it would be $to replace a 4" pipe We paid them the $and sent them on their way Of course they would waive the service call fee!

Robin was my plumber. He did an excellent job in less than good conditions. Explained himself well and went above and beyond. When he left you could not tell he was ever there, he cleaned up so well. Strongly Recommend.
I developed a leak in my sink right before 2016 New Years Eve. On Jan 2, 2017, I called 2 other services before calling AAA City Plumbing. I will admit that I was attracted to the $39 service call fee. When they arrived, they quoted $129 to replace a hose (that I already had). Given that it's not something that I can personally do, I accepted the quote. The tech performed the service quickly and efficiently without making or leaving a mess.
I was very pleased with the service I got from AAA plumbing. I would use them again and also suggest them to my family and friends.
The Technician that came to my house (Tommy) was very professional and knew what he was doing. They really are a AAA company.
