Review: I had purchased a power pack pro through ebatts.com and also paid $33 for 2 day shipping through UPS. which was not received in 2 days. it was received about 4 days later. it was suppose to be a gift for a friend. which was too late. so I called and also if I can return it since its going to be past 2 days. the customer service rep stated yes you can. once you receive the product and send it back for a full refund. then I had spent $20 dollars out of my pocket to send the product which was received the next day at the business. and I received a email stating I will only get $199 dollars of a refund. which I have lost $20 the shipping I paid out of my pocket and also the $33 dollars I spent never received as promised. and didn't refund me the amount. I think this is very unfair. this is bad business. and need to let the customer aware of this. it doesn't promise you excluding holidays and weekends?Desired Settlement: I would like a at least the $33 I paid for 2 day shipping I don't expect to receive the shipping I paid to send it in. thank you
