Ebay's customer service centers are not for servicing their customers. Also, their business practices are extremely poor and unfair to many users. I was not use them.

AND I ALSO DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS. IF YOU WANT US TO OBEY BY YOUR RULES. OBEY BY OURS AS A SELLER.
