Ebay's customer service centers are not for servicing their customers. Also, their business practices are extremely poor and unfair to many users. I was not use them.

Every mouth since they've said they were investigating.I asked for the rest of my boots be return because they claim to have sold a pair of 300.00 boots for 14.00. now they claim to have lost a pair that cost me 754.00. That was the cost with 40% off. One of there employees are walking around in 1200.00 dollar pair of boot that belong to me. eBay is giving me the run around. They stole my boots

I AM SO TIRED OF EBAY AND THEIR CUSTOMER RESOLUTIONS. I'VE BEEN WITH EBAY SINCE 2000 A BUYER AND A SELLER. WHEN I SELL A PRODUCT AND IF MY PRODUCT HAS ANY ISSUES I WILL STATE IT ON MY COMMENTS. AND I ALSO DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS. IF YOU WANT US TO OBEY BY YOUR RULES. OBEY BY OURS AS A SELLER. I'M TIRED OF THESE BUYERS WHO BUY FROM YOU AND THEY DECIDE THEY DON'T WANT IT AND THEY OPEN A CASE WITH EBAY SAYING IT IS NOT AS DISCRIBE. REALLY? THEN DON'T BUY IT! THEY TOOK MONEY OUT OFF MY PAYPAY ACCOUNT AND CONSIDED WITH THE BUYER. I'VE TALKED TO A FEW CUSTOMER SERVICE REP AND THEY WERE USELESS.
