Cannot contact ebay to complain about seller who sold me counterfeit NOT new as described defective item. Seller, ([redacted]) won't send return label. I started return process on ebay & seller won't comply. I gave seller negative feedback to warn other buyers and ebay removed my feedback!!!??? I have spent thousands as a buyer and I will NEVER buy from ebay again. There is no way to contact ebay, seller won't comply and my warning to other buyers about this seller got removed!

A bad place for doing business. Ebay is a place full of scam, fraud, fake products.
Customer service is geting worse every day. They are careless about the sellers. The buyers.
For example: One buyer returned empty box to us. Ebay suggested us to take it as a cost and they won't help us at all. And because I made a purchase from the daily deals, they suspended my account.

Ebay is a scammer's heaven. I've been scammed multiple times by buyers who claims the item was not described and opened a case on me. Ebay will 100% sides with the buyer. The buyer then send me an empty box and ebay automatically refunded the buyer. Ebay has no care for the seller even though we are the one paying them. The counter this, I stopped selling to buyer with less than 10 feedback. There are multiple instances where buyer with no feedback kept on bidding on my itme with less than a minute left and I just kept cancelling their bids. After an hour, I gave up and the buyer won the item. I cancelled the item afterward. There was one instance where I didn't cancel my item and there is an open case on that item now where Ebay will most likely side with the buyer. All of those cancelled item led to my seller privilege taken away. I've lost money, tried my best to work around their system and now I got my seller account taken away. To everyone out there, all you have to do to see how broken their policy are is buy an item, request return, send empty box and get money back and keep the item.

I recently had fraud committed on my ebay account. I brought this to ebay's attention less than an hour after the purchase took place and they refuse to put a stop to it and said I will need to let the purchase go through shipped and my account charged before they can do anything. After the charge went through and shipped ebay then said there is nothing they can do and the charge will stand. I lost $600 dollars that day ( actually my bank refunded me the $600) and I spent 5 hours on the phone with ebay giving me the run around. Please be careful using ebay and I would recommend not using ebay at all, they help facilitate fraud and they refuse to help in anyway. They even suspended my account because I hard the nerve to complain about this. I don't care about the suspension because I would never use ebay again

I don't buy a lot of things from eBay but lately I haven't been getting my items. I have to wait almost a month or two to get my money returned. It is not about the money though, its about getting what I paid for or won. Waiting and checking the mail box for disappointment, Then the seller keeps on selling. I don't want a refund, I WANT MY ITEM!

Stay far away from eBay all they care aout is profits they really will screw over there sellers to keep buyers coming back even when the mistake is there own and ebay should compensate the buyers themselves for there mistake for example when we sell a item ebay gives the customer a estimated delivery date we then pay ebay for the shipping and get a label directly from ebay we then ship the item here is where the issue is if the USPS, Fedex, or UPS is delayed ebay plays stupid and blames the seller however we have no control over the dates or shipping this is all controlled by eBay so they should be liable to correct this error for the customers as they give all the date to the customer how can we be resopinsble for something out of our control , atleast Amazon owns upto there mistakes and they pay for issues like this out of there pocket. and by the way the Revdex.com.org doesnt actually take comlpoaints against ebay it just automatially closes the complaint to look like the solved it

I have been selling on Ebay for over 10 years. With over 3,000 sales on Ebay, I have found that it is a community of small business owners with the most untrustworthy landlords around. If eBay were an actual building filled with millions of small shops, they would be so overwhelmed with lawsuits that they would have gone out of business a long time ago.
Why do sellers have no rights on eBay, when the SELLERS are the ones that pay the fees that ALLOW eBay to exist? How is this just or fair? How does this sit within the given business ownership laws of the United States? You can just google "seller complaints" on the internet and you will find MILLIONS of seller complaints. While sellers try to make an honest living, they are constantly and consistantly treated with disrespect by the rulemakers at Ebay, inc.
Sellers take hours and hours to create listings with beautiful photographs, to research their item, to set the rules of their pages and follow the rules of eBay that give buyers an assurance that they will be treated respectfully, and just like that, a lifetime of honest work can be shut down, with NO RECOURSE for the seller. I wish I had read this review page before I started selling on eBay. I only sold a few items before I ran into a problem. The buyer alleged the clothing they purchased were "counterfeit or fake". I provided proof of purchase directly from the manufacturer proving authenticity. Completely ignored by eBay. The buyer only stated that the jeans don't fit or feel like her other jeans. Clearly there was buyer's remorse because the jeans didn't fit. The emails from eBay to resolve the matter were stock responses, and the evaluator obviously never reviewed the facts. I'm stuck with providing a refund including the postage to ship the item plus paying postage to return the item. Clearly, eBay is skewed in favor of buyer, and its service is horrible. No more eBay for me! I have learned my lesson the hard way. Sellers beware! PS. eBay don't bother responding and lecturing like you did with the other reviews, no one reading this page believes you...

within the last month I changed my email address ( other email I had has been deleted and no longer valid) since I changed it the notifications ( regarding messages , and or items bought etc.. ) have not been coming to my email I have listed and is in my account information.
I have called several times spoke to proberly 5 or more people including alan a supervisor, complete waste of time all I get is hung up on and my time wasted, seems they are just seat warmers.
not the way I expect to be treated as they "claim to value there users"
I fail to understand why this matter is so difficult for them to get fixed or find out what the problem is with the notifications.
why is it so difficult to get any help and anyone who actually helps in anyway? I would assume my inquiry is a valid one .
I do not find it acceptable to have my time wasted and to be hung up on, and I fail to see why they wont even help.
oh the few things I did get from ebay was 2 yesterday ( called twice waste of time) a autoreply nonsense excuse babble. which oddly at bottom says theres a live chat option to contact them, not been one for sometime when they cut that off and made it more difficult to have anyone contact them, no email support at all as well

As a private sell Ebay is now purposly offiscating how much the auction costs by saying free on the listing page. The fact is they charge 10% of the total sale including shipping. They also will now hold your money for up to 21 days if you go through their affiliate Paypal even if you provide a tracking number and you get positive feedback from the buyer. I have no doubt they use YOUR money to roll over and make interest on. None of this is listed on the listing page. If they told me that they now charge 10% plus withhold my money for 21 days I and I highly doubt anyone would sell their items on ebay but instead find a different way to sell. I called ebay and to no avial would they free up my money. They say they do this under the guise of security but when the buyer gives you positive feedback and they still don't free up YOUR money then one can only conclude it's to make money on your money.
It's time that somebody finds a way to get them to stop this.

I was an selelr on ebay for 10+ years. My account was suspended for low dsr when I was not below the allowed rate. Was told by many reps my account was above standard and have printouts to prove so. But I was still banned forever and never allowed to appeal it. Also when I purchase from there site 90% of the time theitem is the wrong version or not as pictured and I contact the seller and they privode refund but NEVER fix the listing and are allowed to continue selling knowing what they have listed is not exactly what they are shipping out.

eBay is a fantastic place if you want to buy something, use it for a while, and when it breaks just send it back for full refund. It will work all the time! Unfortunately, if you are a seller you will always lose. Unless you are [redacted] or other retail seller with enormous profit margins and huge sales volumestay away from eBay!eBay will use you and still your money for refund for a fraudulent buyer at some point. Be aware that your return policy DOESN'T MATTERif buyer claims item not as describedyou lose no matter what your seller policy says (sometimes you lose the item and moneythis is not a joke that is how eBay operates. If you are a seller and you get robbed by one of the eBay scammers do not complainunless you want eBay to retaliate and you will lose even moreyou will lose seller discounts and your items will not be visible in searchesyes, that is right eBay MANIPULATES search results and your items will be shown on last page or they won't show up in the search at all. eBay customer service is very hard to reach (expect waiting times longer than 60 minutes), also eBay customer service is not accountable for anything they saythey simply lay just to get rid of you and your complaintyou will wait for the promised resolution in you favor as promised by eBay but it will be never fulfilledyou will be screwed again and another eBay CSR will deny resolution in your favor. Look at eBay's Revdex.com rating A+ how is that possible? You have to answer to that question yourself, just read complains and eBay responses carefully :) did you find any case resolved by eBay or just well written excuses without any resolution.

Wow! Reading these responses from eBay just confirms everything I'm saying about them. They are nothing but script-reading, inhuman robots. The only thing they're protecting is themselves! Had a horrible experience with them. Made an evening purchase and less than 5 minutes later figured out the part was not OEM so I cancelled the order with the seller *and* with eBay. Next morning, there's an email saying the item shipped. Again I email the seller and I call eBay. Script-reading robot in India says nothing they can do. I call seller and he says he will cancel order immediately and refund within 24 hours. Five days later, no refund. Call eBay, on the phone 25 minutes, again they are useless. Luckily, seller decides to refund my money later that day. A huge amount of frustration for no good reason. Seller's ad was deceptive. No indication that part was "aftermarket" or "not OEM," but ad sure did list brand name and part number multiple times. Ebay is evil and corrupt. Buyer beware!

Did you know ‪ebay‬ protects rude sellers by allowing them to delete feedback they don't like? Your voice will not be heard!
This is what I said, which they removed: God forbid you need to contact seller. They will ignore, block you, even if a loyal customer.
Maybe they deleted it because I used the word "God"? Sorry, but I object to pertinent information about a seller being removed so other customers out there become uninformed.

After 15 years with ebay I am going to have to call it quits. Ebay has a blanket buyer is always right even when they lie and scam policy. Facts and proof and truth are irrelevant to Ebay. At first I figured it was all apart of the automated system in place for their buyer protection guarantee but after speaking with an appeals representative and presenting the facts which proved the buyer was lying ebay still took my money and rulled in the buyers favor. Sellers beware look around on the internet and see how many ripped off sellers there are complaining and searching for a class action law suit to join. For sellers ebay is a dangerous negative business. For buyers it is a scammers paradise so I guess depending on which you are will depend on how you review this business. In closing, sellers beware ebay can and will take your money from your account and there is not a single thing you can do about it. Facts that prove the indisputable truth will be ignored and you can't even leave negative feedback for the buyer. Ebay only lets you select positive feedback for the buyer, what kind of system is that?, a buyer biased one!
