Review: The company was authorized to replace two front tires, the CV Axle and to do an alignment if there were no additional fees. They agreed to call me if there were any additional parts or labor cost for the alignment so I could determine if I wanted to proceed with that part of the repairs. They did not call me, however they proceeded with the alignment and I was charged for an additional part and labor that I did not authorize. Before paying for the service, I attempted to contact the owner several times by phone to discuss this matter, but he would not answer my call. However, when the employee called the owner he answered. I asked the employee if I could speak with him, but the owner refused to talk with me. In addition they told me they did not do the alignment- another company did. Yet, they would not share with me who actually did the alignment. I needed my car so I paid the bill. I was very unhappy with poor communication and lack of customer service. I was extremely disappointed that they charged me for services that I would have declined, had I been contacted as we agreed.Desired Settlement: I would like a $75 refund for the part and labor I did not authorize

Review: I took my vehicle in for repair of some electrical issues. Owner said he would look at it and let me know. I was told the next day that he had fixed it by replacing 2 parts with new parts. When I picked my vehicle up, I noticed that I was still having the original issues, along with new problems. However I paid for the labor and new parts.I took it to another mechanic, who noticed that one of the "new" parts, was actually a used part and not for the correct vehicle. I asked the owner of Ebenezer if he did indeed put the new parts on that he charged me for, he said "yes, they were new parts" but quickly backtracked when I confronted him about the used parts we found. I was refunded for the one used part and some labor to cover the 2nd mechanics charges. The next day we discovered that the other part he put on was also used. I tried contacting Ebenezer via phone, text, and also mailed a certified letter requesting a refund of the remainder of the original amount. I never received a response of any type.Desired Settlement: I was originally charged $1290.58 for the parts and labor. I received a refund for one part for $697. I would like the remainder refunded as well.

Review: In the Summer of 2014 my husband and I bought a 2002 Audi A-6 for our son who was getting ready to drive. When we purchased the car we were told to have preventive maintenance done at 105,000 miles which consisted of having the water pump and timing belt changed. We took the vehicle to Eben-Ezer Tire & Automotive after being told they worked on Audi's. We paid for this service thinking we were preventing future issues. Two weeks ago this same car overheated while my son was driving it to school. When we had it towed to [redacted] they told us it needed a new water pump and timing belt and to call the previous mechanic that installed these items not even 2 years prior (with less than 10,000 miles on the car). When my husband called the owner (Antonio) we were told that the mechanic that worked on our car wasn't there anymore (another one of the mechanics said that they were now fixing alot of this mechanic's shoddy work) and that the businesss he bought the parts from were no longer in business but he would call my husband back. It's been 1 week and we have heard nothing else from them. This is a disgrace and because of their poor mechanic skills we have had to park the car and sell it- very disappointed by their ethics and dignity.Desired Settlement: I would like our money refunded for the work that was done to the vehicle. I don't think they know what they are doing so I don't think having the vehicle repaired would be a solution. We paid over $1,000 for the repairs.
