I am rejecting this response because: I never saw the mattress I purchased [redacted] stated no queens were in the storeAlso my mattress is not a like my invoce saysAnd it's to bad that they can't tell the truth I did and still have my orginal invoveThey not only misrepresented my purchase but also my neighbor that I referred to them same quote and didn't tell them it was refurbishedIt's a shame that a woman fighting cancer has to go thru this kind of stress over a bed that she bought in good faith most of their story is liesEFRIM TOLD ME HE WASN'T THE MANAGER AND THAT HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT MY PURCHASE AND THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE TO HELP ME AND THAT'S WHEN I BECOME UPSET

We never delivered the wrong mattressManager's daughter, [redacted] sold the customer mattress model, #and that is what they receivedWhen we first received a call from the customer's daughter complaining about having the wrong mattress we assumed she had gotten a different mattress due to her not having the invoice at the time, and the way she had explained to us about the situationWe asked for a copy of her invoice so we could review this further on, customer's daughter was very polite to us over the phone and we tried our best to find her receipt since this sale had been over months from original purchaseUnfortunately, we were unable to give her a different mattress since we had reviewed her copy as well as oursIt stated that it was indeed the mattress that they had purchased at the time and not a different mattressNow, when the actual customer (mom) walked in our store, she was very upset and disrespectful to one of our employeesAt the time our employee was helping other customers, since he saw she was very upset and demanded to speak to our store supervisor he tried calling but no answerOur employee had told her that as soon as he gets a call back he will call her because he was unaware of what had been going on with that situationOur employee was very upset and worried about what she saidCustomer stated while walking out of the store, that she would do anything possible so our store doesn't get any more businessEmployee called customer telling her that we would call authorities if she came back to our storeWe also have proof of customer posting on social media telling other people to not come to our store from one of our customersSecond, we understand that if a customer saw a mattress that they liked and purchased it, and they received a whole different mattress then we would be responsible for giving the right product to our customerIn this situation, customer saw the mattress that she liked and that's the mattress customer receivedCustomer never asked if it was a refurbished mattress or a new mattressShe liked the price and without hesitation she purchased itWe do not trick our customers with advertisementIt is not illegal to sell refurbished mattressesNow the mattress that customer purchased was $for a refurbished one (#6000)We are willing to come to an agreement with the customer to give her an orthopedic NEW mattressOur company does not take back mattresses that had been purchased and used if it does not have defectWe are willing to take back customer's current mattressWe will need her to pay $difference for a new mattressLike we stated aboveWe do not take back used mattressesWe will how ever make an exception this one timeFinally, this is an agreement that our company can come to if customer is willing to do soWe would like to clarify that we did not do anything wrong by giving the customer the product that she had seen in person, and purchased

Unfortunately, we were unable to give her a different mattress since we had reviewed her copy as well as ours. It stated that it was indeed the mattress that they had purchased at the time and not a different mattress. Now, when the actual customer (mom) walked in our store, she was very upset and disrespectful to one of our employees. We also have proof of customer posting on social media telling other people to not come to our store from one of our customers. Second, we understand that if a customer saw a mattress that they liked and purchased it, and they received a whole different mattress then we would be responsible for giving the right product to our customer. In this situation, customer saw the mattress that she liked and that's the mattress customer received. Customer never asked if it was a refurbished mattress or a new mattress. She liked the price and without hesitation she purchased it. We do not trick our customers with false advertisement. It is not illegal to sell refurbished mattresses. Now the mattress that customer purchased was $180.00 for a refurbished one (#6000). We are willing to come to an agreement with the customer to give her an orthopedic NEW mattress. Our company does not take back mattresses that had been purchased and used if it does not have defect. We are willing to take back customer's current mattress. We will need her to pay $150.00 difference for a new mattress. Like we stated above. We do not take back used mattresses. We will how ever make an exception this one time. Finally, this is an agreement that our company can come to if customer is willing to do so. We would like to clarify that we did not do anything wrong by giving the customer the product that she had seen in person, and purchased.
