Review: In Feb.2013 I took my 95 Thunderbird to Ebenezer Garage. I took it there to get the upper & lower ball joints repaired, the front seal and oil pan gasket replaced, the timing chain replaced, body work(remove all dents and imperfections) and a paint job.At that time we agreed that all of this would be done in 6 weeks.I explained to them that the car was for my mother who has stage 4 lung cancer, and had just been given 3 months to live,so it was imperative that the car get done for her. They promised the car would be done on time. When they repaired the timing chain they did it incorrectly causing damage to the heads and valves on the car. They assured me that they were going to get the job done right and fix the heads and valves. They did get it fixed but it took them 3 mos. They did the body work on the car but did not get all of the dents and imperfections out. I pointed all of this out to them and they were supposed to fix the issues and paint the car. They went ahead and painted the car.I went to pick up the car on 6-21-13.I got the car home and noticed that the paint had over 11 runs in it and the dents were still there.I took the car back to the garage on 6-27-13 and once again they agreed to make it right. They told me that the car would be done on 7-5-2013.I made a trip to the garage on the 5th and the car was still sitting in the same spot untouched.I was assured that it would be done on 7-15.I went back to the shop on 7-15-2013 the car still wasn't ready. My wife and I had a conversation with the owner, once again about all of the gas and time I had wasted going back and forth for nothing because they kept telling us it would be done and wasn't.He agreed to reimburse me 100.00 for gas.He then asked us to give him until the next day to get the car finished and we agreed to do that.We went back the next day and they still had not fixed the dents in the car.We brought this to his attention and he laughs at us and tells us that we had gotten what we paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money back for the paint job and the body work so that I can take it and get the car done properly. We have been dealing with them for about 6 mos now and we've had enough of their lies and poor work. It was very apparent when we picked up the car that they were not willing to fix the paint and body work. He didn't even reimburse the gas money he had promised. We were laughed at and made to feel like we were bothering them when they were the ones in the wrong.
