I am rejecting this response because: I have attached a copy of the confirmation email that the business says lists a 6-8 week time frame for receiving what I paid for. It lists nothing in regards to that. It only shows what I bought and how much I paid, as well as an email address to contact with concerns. Which I did. TWICE. It's interesting how I cannot get this business to respond to a paying customer emailing them REPEATEDLY, but will respond to the Revdex.com in a matter of hours. It should not take 2 months to mail a book and if that information was given to me at ANY point in time (which clearly it wasn't, especially considering the business is outright lying about what is included in the confirmation email) then I would not have made the purchase. Clearly taking care of their customers is not a priority and as such, I, again, formally request a refund to the credit card this purchase was made on in the amount of $44.95.

featured in has finished printing and will be arriving at our offices next week and will be shipped. As for the contest, we are anticipating releasing the results of the contest by the end of the month. We tend to release the results by the end of March but we had an unexpected surge in entries and it has taken us a bit longer to read through them all and narrow down. Hello,A copy of the book was mailed to the recipients listed address on 9/7/15. On 9/21/15 she called us stating that she had not received it and agreed to check with her local post office to see if it was being held. Since then we have had no further communication with [redacted]. As of this e-mail...
we have not received anything in our returns that was mailed to her. Due to this we assumed the issue to be resolved. If this is not the case, we would like to request a secondary address in which we could ship the book to ensure it reaches its destination.- Eber & Wein Publishing
