I am rejecting this response because: I have attached a copy of the confirmation email that the business says lists a 6-week time frame for receiving what I paid forIt lists nothing in regards to thatIt only shows what I bought and how much I paid, as well as an email address to contact with concernsWhich I didTWICEIt's interesting how I cannot get this business to respond to a paying customer emailing them REPEATEDLY, but will respond to the Revdex.com in a matter of hoursIt should not take months to mail a book and if that information was given to me at ANY point in time (which clearly it wasn't, especially considering the business is outright lying about what is included in the confirmation email) then I would not have made the purchaseClearly taking care of their customers is not a priority and as such, I, again, formally request a refund to the credit card this purchase was made on in the amount of $

I am rejecting this response because: The plaque arrived today via *** ***Thank you for thatNO book has been received by meThe plaque has a tracking # *** *** *** ***It was left with a neighbour in my absenceIf the book was sent I would expect a tracking # to verify that it was sent and I again adamantly state that no book was ever received by meAlso the company is not being truthful in saying that a refund was offered during any communication by phone or otherwiseI never brought up the question of refund during any discussion nor did the "company"This was NEVER about moneyThe poem in question was written and submitted by meI was advised that it qualified as a "semi-finalist"I ordered and paid for the book that the poem was published in and I still want a copy of the bookI expect the company to provide the book that I ordered, paid for and NEVER receivedI also expect an apology for the arrogant, curt, un-professional treatment I was subject to during my telephone conversations with the person who told me he was "The Manager"

Hello,The poem in question has been removedWhat *** *** is seeing is possibly a locally cached version and we would suggest a clearing of her browsing dataSecondly, we would suggest a review of the privacy policy and contest rules which are presented to be read before entering stating
exactly what the poem could be used for, while also stating that the poet maintains ownership of their workFinally we would recommend that in the future the best way to avoid having works of a personal nature or information one does not wish to be seen on the internet appear online, it is best to refrain from placing them out onto the internet to begin with.- Eber & Wein Staff

The E-mail also stated that the order would take - weeks in order to ship as we are still in the process of publication which was the point of the discounted price in the emailThe book is anticipated to ship within the quoted time
