After speaking with [redacted] twice yesterday, we have explained that we have mailed her book tiwce, to two different addresses, one of which she insists is correct, and both times the book has been returned labeled "RTS - Returned to Sender, no such number" stating that the address does not existAfter again insisting it does, we asked her to speak directly with her post office to verify and now that she has done so, have already shipped another copy of the book
