On 1-12-2017, my wife ***, attempted to return an unused bottle of foaming body cleaner (fl oz) Eberhart has a day return policy as long as you have your receiptThis policy is posted as well! My wife was denied a return due to the product not having a seal and therefore can't be returnedNowhere in the facility is there a policy posted especially where the product is stockedIf this product is sold without seals and Eberhart creates their own in-house policies, then they should post a notice near the product and also instruct the customer at the time of purchaseI expect a full refund since we have adhered to their posted return policyAlso I have been waiting for a return call from their District Mgr since 1-12-which reflects on their customer serviceVery, very, poor!!!
