My name is [redacted] ***, I am [redacted] of Ebert fence and railing LLCThis is regarding ID# [redacted] We have been in contact with [redacted] through the last two weeks to resolve the issue at handWe went on Saturday March [redacted] to asset the problemWe then called [redacted] and went on March [redacted] to repair the gate and cap issue [redacted] was present we we were there to fix the problemWe had also explained to him the reason why it took longer than usual to fix the problem was the weather hasn't been working in our favorEverything was left on a good note with both party'sThank you

This company is totally unprofessional They installed a vinyl fence on my property The two gates they installed were too narrow for my landscaper to fit his 32" and 36" mowing machines through them I immediately called one of the owners several times to ask him to fix the issueHe said that he could come to my home and look at the issue but he never did and he did not respond to my numerous phone calls When I called and spoke to another owner about the problem, he started ranting at me that the issue was not his fault since I did not ask for wider gates in my contract He said that my landscaper was stupid and that if he could not get his equipment through the gate I should get another landscaper! He screamed at me over the phone and told me that it was my fault and that he was not going to fix the problem because to do so would cost him money He would not let me speak even when I tried to tell him that I had no idea what to ask for and was relying on the expertise of a professional fence installer who has been in business for many years to know what to do After screaming at me for over minutes without stopping, I hung up on himHe called me back and continued to scream at me and finally shouted that he would put in a new gate but again said that he was losing moneyThis is worst person I have ever had to deal with in the years I have owned my home I cannot believe that this lunatic is running a business This is the result of wanting to save a little money and not go with the larger more expensive companies who have a flawless reputation and know how to treat their customers Buyer Beware!!!

It took us sometime to get back because this email we hardly use any more. The new email is [redacted]. Sorry for the delay on this situation, we will do our best to reconcile the situation. Elbert railing out up my railing on my front porch oct 2014, the bottom piece cracked so I called to ask them to replace that piece, this began 2 months ago,I was told they were busy with installations but would take care of my problem I let 2 months go by and called again,Henry the son of the owner told me they were doing a job in Long Beach yesterday Thursday Aug [redacted] and it would get fixed they never showed up so I called later that day and was told they ran late and his son said he personally would take care of it today he never showed. These people are liars.DoNot Use Them.A[redacted] are very responsible.

Review: Ebert installed a fence for us on July *, 2014. At that time, they did not complete the installation. They said that someone had forgotten to order the additional parts, and they would be back the next day to complete the installation. They never showed up the next day. Since then, I've called them several times. They don't return phone messages, however I did reach someone two times. Both times, I was told that they had the parts, but there was nobody working in our area. It's now almost seven weeks later, and we are still waiting for them to complete the installation.Desired Settlement: We want them to complete the installation or provide a refund.

Review: I had only one fence and one standard gate installed in aug 2014. Apparently the installation was so loose the gate swivels each time I open and close it. The caps on the fence also keep coming out and the quality of the base is poor- all the cement had come out in a matter of a couple of weeks. I called numerous times to have it fixed or at least looked at to no answer and voicemailDesired Settlement: I would like them to come to take a look at the poor quality of installation and do atleast a check of what was provided.

Review: I hired Ebert Fencing and Railing on May **, 2013 and gave the owner, [redacted] a deposit of $350. [redacted] informed me that it would be about 3 weeks until it would be installed. After 4 weeks of not hearing anything we called and were told because of the rain it would be another week. After another week we called again and was told that the lead installer had knee surgery and it would be another week. After researching the company I learned that they have an F rating with Revdex.com and several complaints similar to ours. I requested a refund of my deposit by phone and in writing and have not received a response as of today, July *, 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my deposit.
