Attached to this response is a screenshot from out online payment screenIn the screenshot you can see that we list the charges itemized and the person must click acknowledgement before the payment can be madeTherefore in the event that [redacted] says he that he never toured the community nor was he given the price sheet the charges are itemized on the payment screen and there is no way to get around seeing them due to the fact you have to acknowledge before we accept payment

I am sorry to say that there is nothing more we can do We cant be bullied into something unfair to us Like we said earlier used machines are not warrantied the same as brand new machines that is why we sell them cheaper and offer a day warranty on used machines

I am responding to a customer complaint to you about our business ID#*** The customer purchased his shampooer the Hoover FHwhich was used and thus why it was marked down At the time that he purchased it almost years ago it sol for around $ The customer was
told it was used and was not told that it would be covered b warranty for years When we sell a used machine we cover it for days and since this customer was not the original purchaser and it was sold used it is not covered by Hoover as hoover stipulates we cover it ourselves for days and we make sure every customer that buys a used machine from us that it is warrantied by us for days The customer has had this shampooer for almost years and said it never worked right and I told him it was too bad he didnt bring it in right away because the cost of the repair is going to be about $for the turbine that is locked up and labor He got very beligerent and after going back forth on the conversation he said that were dishonest and a dishonest business I told him that with his attitude and bullying tactics that we are getting no where and that he should just go now because unless he wants us to fix it for the price we quoted that we are done with the conversation He called back a week later and said that he contacted Hoover about thisHoover dis contact us to investigate this and Hoover did not agree with the customer either because if they wanted to cover the warranty on the shampooer they would have instructed us to fix it but they did not We try to take care of our customers the best we can if it is reasonable but the customer got a bad attitude with us and also got upset when I told him that the shampooer was very dirty and looking at the bottom brushes I can tell by years of experience that this shampooer was used numerous times which he still tried to insist that he only used it once to suck up a glass of water that spilled If you have any other questions or require more information we will be glad to help please give us a call 619-291-***

It is our policy to send out late payment notices if a payment is late. Yes, the payment was made on the incorrect space on-timeTherefore the $late fee was reversed and the payment was moved to the correct accountThere aren't any additional charges on the account outside of the normal
monthly installment

I am rejecting this response because: First of all I never received a tour, so that's falseSecondly, they never gave me a tour sheet stating a reservation fee was included in the 400$, so this is also falsefinally, thirdly I never received notice on August 6th of why my deposit would not be fully returnedAs you can tell by the lies made by MrG***, he is an incompetent business owner first and a terrible landlord secondI suggest he return my deposit before my lawyer and I take further action to justify the issue.
