Pitiful
They let ppl watch TV on their phones instead of working, smoke pot on their premises. Fire great employees and keep the slackers around. The ones who cause 17,000 in damages to their truck, those who call out last minute with no discipline. BUT fire their strongest hardest worker. This company lets employees get away with so much crap yet cannot even give the good employees a fair shake. They also let bullying happen in the work place while the bosses turn a blind eye to it. Whatever happened to be treated fairly? This company is not it. Two of the managers in the warehouse are the only ones who care, the higher ups DON'T CARE ABOUT THE GOOD WORKERS AND BABIES THE CRAP ONES. They need to pull their heads out their a[censored] and realize they done messed up and realize lawsuits COULD BE FILED. If you enjoy being bullied and having to pick up the slack for the ones who don’t do crap then by all means apply. Cause management don’t care about what’s fair and what’s not. HR do what’s right! Shame on you!

Online Order
I placed an order. I got no confirmation order number but they sure took the money. No customer service phone number. This place/website is a SCAM! And I want my dam money back. Disputed with my bank

I just bought two pairs of shoes I brung them home tryed them on and in less then 3 minutes felt discomfort in both of the left pairs. I brung them back the very next day with everything reciept box paper even the things inside the shoe all I wanted was to up the shoes from 10.5 to 11 and I was all ready to go then somebody else took a look and said he couldnt take them back because it had a little dust on the bottom I only wore them in the house not even five minutes till I felt discomfort and took them off it was the same with the other pair. It was late and I was told I had 14 days to return them I literally came back 12 hours later and got denied I paid $240.00 for shoes thats uncomfortable how can I get a refund or exchange because I feel cheated out of my money let alone the attitude the second worker gave me. I didnt even want a refund just a higher size loved the shoes they were just discomforting what can I do with $240.00 out of my pocket and shoes that hurt my foot.. Review: Have the receipt and not the original box. Wore a pair of shoes three or four times in one week and one of the eyelets have torn. My wife went to exchange them at the store. Two ladies who claimed they were "managers", said they would not exchange them. Without the box to return them to [redacted], they would not do it. My wife suggested, "keep the box from the new pair I want." They still would not do it and were rude and obnoxious. I have also contacted [redacted] to see if they can help. I can not see going thru all this over a pair of shoes. ($53.00 total cost). I do not want a refund just a new pair of shoes.Any customer/consumer who buys a product/item and that product tears or breaks within the first week, most people would want and expect a refund or a replacement of the product, regardless of the store's policy, especially, in my case, we have the receipt.

Store Manager stated that the shoes showed a great deal of wear and the laced were all frayed. There was no tearing noted around the eyelets noted. Product can not be returned for normal wear issues. If the customer brings the shoes into the store again the Store Manager will examine them for the tearing the customer describes in the complaint. If damage appears to be related to a defect the customer will be offered a refund or replacement. Please see Manager [redacted].
