I did get the refund and they offered me only if I took away my complaint #*)( so maybe that's why there are no complaints on the , my neighbor finally got his rood after he told them he would also contact the Revdex.com

We are fortunate to have qualified personnel to handle the large number of request for assistance in recovery. Unfortunately, I ([redacted]) am not as involved with my businesses day-to-day activities, in the last few months. My wife of 31 years passed on September 10th and I am adjusting to the transition in my life and will be active in the very near future. Ebling Contracting received a complaint from a customer wanting a refund on her down-payment. That would not have been a concern. I remember answering the incoming phone call and tried to reference the name on my list and didn't have a match. I passed it over to my project manager and he did not have a match to the name given. So he check with the sales force and no match. Finally it was discovered that the last name was different than the name given on the sign-up and she was refunded the $3000.00 down-payment.The customer was offered compensation for the frustration of the 2 names used on the account. She declined and wanted to file the complaint anyway. We understand we won't be able to satisfy everyone due to personalities or the sheer number of people we deal with.
