We have a 2400 sq. ft., vinyl sided home that was so badly in need of pressure washing we had received a warning from our HOA. I contacted Pressure Washing Charlotte. Darrell, the owner answered and took the time to talk to me about the benefits of doing business with him. He went the extra step of urging me to contact other pressure washers and talk to them about their methods and pricing. I chose Pressure Washing Charlotte and was not disappointed. Darrell and his assistant came out and did a great job on the house, driveway and back patio, all of which showed years of neglect. Darrell also took the time to point out some potential trouble spots around my house (work which he doesn't do so derives no benefit from). I am greatly pleased by Darrell's professionalism, service and timeliness. I would recommend him to anyone looking for great service at a reasonable rate.

I have had this company pressure wash my house twice and will not hesitate to call again when needed. [redacted] does what he says he will do, comes when he says he will come and only asks for payment after the work is done and the customer is satisfied. He has also pointed out maintenance needs for my house that he noticed while washing the house. He does not do any of the work that he recommends being done and does not gain personally from helping in this way. I am happy to recommend Pressure Washing Charlotte.

I spoke to xxxxx back in February about my house being pressure washed. I called and left a message and he called back within the hour. I could tell he was rushed but he took the time to explain every question I had and did it Very professionally and in good detail.
We agreed to do the house in April when it was warmer. The day was approaching and I hadn't heard from him. He called the day before and said he was extremely busy but he would come out within the next day or two to inspect the house. Well let me tell you...My house has "Never" looked this clean!!!!!!!!!! Now I know why he was so busy! The one or two day delay was "Well Worth It"! I will not call upon anyone else to pressure wash my house!
