We have a 3 month cancellation notice policy. [redacted]’s doctor walked out one day with no notice and that is with the Board of Healing Arts. We sent out a letter to all of his patients letting them know and that there would be no interruption in care and they could be seen by our nurse practitioner...
or another doctor. I believe she did see another person in our office. We have a signed agreement from Ms. ** for the notice policy. We did turn her over for collections for the amount she is speaking of, but if it will resolve the issue, I will write it off. I will let the collection company know.
