I have been a customer of Don Mor for just a little over yearsI will no longer be a customerThe last three experiences ( yes three, I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt) have been horribleWe had our truck in to have work done, that we paid forSix months later on Christmas Eve our callpers seized and we took it in to get fixed and the mechanic told us they in fact were not replaced and were factoryThe next two times when we went in for oil change they failed to attach the heat sheild back on properly and as I was driving another vehicle (both times) told me that something was draggingThey would not take it in for another appointment that same day to fix the problemTheir customer service is terrible and they don't care about customer retenitionjust the almighty dollarI am beyond disapointed with them and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone and I will NEVER go backThree strikes and you're out!

Our car was brought in to Don-mor on a flat bed by [redacted] because of a corroded battery. This was to be replaced. As far as I know this was donecorrectly. I also wanted a general mechanical inspection. My total bill was $420.25 because of parts and labour. The driver of the flatbed maintains the insurance papers., a copy of the registration, and the temporary licence was given to the person in reception. Those papers disappeared! So much for privacy of information. Reception at Don-mor had various explanations. The papers had been put in a folder and kept at reception, the flat bed driver put them in the car's glove compartment, and that copies were made of the papers at Don Mor to be kept by Don-Mor with the originals being returned to the car. No papers or photocopies!!! As far as the mechanical checkup, the car now pulls strongly to the right. It never did that before and certainly was not detected by the mechanic who said it was in overall good condition. Mistakes can be made, I make them often, but no apologies have been offered by this outfit for the frustrating experience we have had. I had to go back to Service Ontario, pay for new papers, and now the car needs to go to a different mechanic shop.

Always so professional and on time

I would like to express how very pleased I am with the service and professionalism your company has given me I was surprised that you also took the time to wash and detail my car I am very happy to have my car back and it looks like the day I bought it! Thank you very much, I will be letting family and friends know what a superb company you are
