Ms. [redacted] – Let this letter serve as a response to your letter dated August 12, 2015. Upon receipt of your first correspondence received in late July a representative from EBS contacted the school district and informed them that the potential employee was allowed to accept an assignment not through our organization. We were under the impression that this cleared up the matter. EBS has agreements nationwide with numerous Districts where we supply Special Education services. These agreements all contain non solicitation language to protect both the school district and the employee. In this instance we waived the non solicitation portion of our agreement with the school.
